Hot depending what it's worn with..
I don't like the whole emo/goth- black nail polish its so cliche.
But if it's worn fashionably i think it's hot.

But the first decade of the millennium is all about retro, so it's coming up fast!
The sixties retro thing came and went.
The seventies retro thing came and went.
Now we are in the eighties retro thing.
Give it about three years. The early nineties will rise again, and you can whip out your black polish and your London underground boots and your shabby, loooong sleeve sweaters for all to admire!
