Mosquitoes inject saliva into the bloodstream to dissolve the blood to avoid cotting before they suck them out.The saliva contains the parasite since the mosquito is a host. Not every mosquito spread malaria,it's only the female anophelous does.

Mosquitoes go from human to human and from animal to animal or human. They carry the disease causing agent with them. I f a mosquito bites someone with a disease, then bites you, you get the disease.
