Iam 14 years old but youth sized atheltic cups are not big enough i need to wear an adult sized cup? is that normal? I always get strange looks in the locker room.

Well, I wouldn't call it normal, but it isn't all that bad a thing either. I have a friend who is in your exact situation, but he's very proud of it. You should be too. And you never know, the rest of your body might just "grow" into it in a couple of years.

Absolutely.
Everybody matures at a different rate. My older brother started shaving before he was 14. I didn't start until I was almost 19. I didn't need to shave every day until I was 24.
Your specific question about athletic supports adds another level of individuality. Some men are "growers" meaning penis size increases significantly when erect.
Some men are "Showers" meaning their erect and soft penis size is pretty similar.
Both are completely normal, with growers being more common.
The strange looks you get in the locker room are kind of par for the course. Being 14 is uncomfortable and strange for everybody, your classmates included. They are just as curious about their bodies as you are about yours. Everybody wants to know, "Is this normal, should I be taller, should I be bigger?" In most cases, the answer is "No, you're just right for who you are."
Unfortunately, people of your age find extreme examples and want to make that the norm. I had a kid who was 6' tall in my 7th grade class. We all used him as a basis of comparison. Wondering, "When am I going to be that tall?!"
I'm still not 6' tall and I'm almost 30.
Relax. You're developing exactly how you're supposed to. Don't guage yourself by other people and you'll have a lot less stress.

Absolutely not! I would check into penis reduction surgery. No girl is going to want a guy with a large penis.

i am the same way i have a huge penis.and it harts to put a small cup on.
