My friend has been complaining that one of our other friends has been worrying too much about what her boyfriend thinks but now shes starting to act like her boyfriends opinion is law. i invited her to come hang out with me and some other people on firday but she said she didnt know if she could cuz she had to see what her boyfriend was doing. how can i tell her to stop being a hypocrite without making her mad?

neither one of their boyfriends are controlling. everytime she asks him if she can do somthing he kinda just says he doesnt care, but not in a mean way. its like he wants her to live her life but hse wants him to control it.

you know what those girls may not think they are doing what she is doing. is it a problem like he's too controling? and maybe she is putting up with it so he doesnt get mad because thats not a healthy relationship but if its just her i think you could make a mention to her whether she gets mad or not she needs to know? some people get blinded when they like someone that they dont realize what they are doing! we've all been there done that!

Tell her that her boyfriend is mentally abusing her and you are worried about her. You are still being a good friend and you are watching out for her too.

you can't change how people act but if she's your real friend she should understand the fact that she has a brain and she should think for herself before her boyfriend makes a stupid decision for the both of them..... just a thought
