I'm getting my husband a bow and arrows so he can go bow hunting. I'm not sure how much they cost but I don't care....I know he'll like it.

A gift certificate to Amazon or something similar... that way he can shop SEVERAL stores (since a lot of them link to Amazon) at once and buy what he truly wants. In addition, you could also make him a coupon book for things that he would want you to do... a full body massage, cook a dinner that he likes specifically (and use candles, nice plates, restaurant-type presentation when doing so), certain things in the bedroom that would be special for him, etc.
Or plan a guy's night in, for him and his buddies, centered around football... like a tailgate party at home. Schedule it for a Dallas game that falls on a weekend. Make them tons of snacks and a full dinner meal at the end of the game. Decorate the living room as a Dallas fan's haven (streamers in the team colors, etc.). Get a small keg of their favorite beer. If you don't have a large tv, rent a big screen for the game (there are tons of places that you can rent appliances and electronics for a day or two, that will deliver and set up the tv for you, as well as pick it up). He'd love you for it :)

Well he doesnt have everything, his wife cant buy good presents...oh snap, just kidding...Jerseys are cool, but considering players are gone in two years nowadays it is a limited gift, not to mention teams change their gear a lot so people have to buy the new stuff to be with it. You can get other things, how about a replica helmet? A Cowgirls mirror, tribute to their past champs, maybe a throwback jersey, Emmit Smith, Irvin, just to make it different...we all love the past you know...you have many options and that you can get cheaper jerseys than a hundred as well.

I would try on ebay, if you live close to dallas try getting some tickets for a game (look at ebay) or focus on something else he likes, even ask him. What I did last year for mine is we went out and he got what he wanted and I paid, not traditional but it was a lot easier and less of a headache :-}

Homemade sexy coupons for his stocking.
Gift certificate to a hardware/do it yourself store.
And honestly, if he only "likes" the Dallas Cowboys, I think your choice for not buying a shirt is a good one.

Money shouldn't matter, get him what he wants or give him something special. Like was there a wine you two shared together when you were dating or something?

plaster cast a part of your body, then paint it and maybe frame it.
Its personal and different.
If he doesnt like it which i doubt, then put a jersey of the cowboys over it!

Get him a Jar Jar Binks costume, and offer to include it in your lovemaking. He will love it! Or Possibly a Jar Jar Binks collectable statue!
