does it realy work being an anxious person were my mind is the thing worrying me most its a bit nerv racking thinking that someone is going to be doing stuff with your mind even if it is positive does anyone have any success stories

I think it depends on the person. I tried hypnotherapy to quit smoking and it didn't do a thing. I also think it has a lot to do with who is doing the hypnotizing. From my experience, with some people it works and some people it doesnt.

I have heard, however, that accupuncture is phenominal. You have to get a good accupuncturist though.

A lot of people say that accupuncture combined with hypnotherapy is the best bet.

I don't know that my success story would be one of success with hpnotherapy but I can tell you that I no longer have anxiety issues. It is dangerous to let someone look inside your mind without your full consent or blessing and much better to lead the journey into your self by yourself.

This may sound odd but I know of much better ways of dealing with your situations and it won't cost you anything but effort and dedication.
