The Bambino was listed at 6'2", 215 lbs. That is according to baseballreference.com. Another absolutely GREAT site for info on Ruth is in the reference block.

In the early 20's Babe was 6'2 and weighed 215 lbs. Of course as he got older he became much heavier/

He was 6'2" and weighed around 200 early in his career. If you look at him as a member of the Red Sox, he had a trim build, but he gained a lot of weight in the mid-1920s. Obviously, he was more well known for his overweight build.
