Study for human Biology today and then take an hour break.

Then study for geography. Geography is pretty simple, you have to use flash cards and then put yourself in front of a blank map and go at it. Keep quizzing yourself with those blank maps/flash cards.

Biology... It's very important that you understand the chemical processes in biology as well as the technological names. So I would recommend putting the names of flash cards and reviewing the chemical processes once or twice just to hammer it in. This really helps if you make an outline!!!

The most important thing to do is to make connections between what you already know and the new information.

In geography start with the countries/states that you know. Then make associations between the new information and the old to help you remember it. Relate things by how they sound, what they look like (Italy is a boot for example) and make visual pictures. Picture a typical Italian wearing a big boot shaped like the country. If you have to know the capitals then name your Italian "Rome" for example or picture him "Roming" in the boots.

For biology I suggest making flashcards. Start with the first couple. Go over them until you know them. Then add another. Keep starting over at the beginning. You will know them very well.
