think about it..it would cost the same as the iraq war and then we would have world peace...
we can still support the 'god of israel' (lol) and at the same time...end war in the middle east against the jews and USA...and then they can start fighting each other and there is less focus on us.
ideas?
I was thinking maybe moving Israel into angola...but its a little late for that (WWII they had either current location or Angola)..
I think Nebraska would be an excellent site...all the tech stuff could be transplanted...houses, everything...it would probably cost 600 billion (cost of world peace)...besides, there is nothin in nebraska anyway...so it wouldn't cost the USA anything.
we could also transplant to arizona, but I think its a little hot there and barren.. I mean, its just like one giant shithole of sand...but then again, maybe they wouldn't mind.
I still think nebraska would be good, it has plenty of land (great planes)...farming, fishing, beautiful scenary...

why not? better than having rockets and sand in your *** 24/7.
Hell, I mean, even Arizona is better than where Israel currently resides.

Yes izzy...just think about it..
jews of Israel are really educated and stuff right? so why not put them all in nebraska (middle US--under-developed...which has great ability to grow)...boost the USA economy...and we have no more wars in ME? It would cost us a pretty penny (probably 600 billion)...but think about all the jobs that would be created building jewish homes? Think about it---we could create another housing bubble and create another "zion on a hill" which would attract investors and consumers....It woudl be a great exodus.. hey, Israelis have done it in the past...and this would be the same...but truelly...at the end of the day...the Israelis live in peace and america and Israel can compete SIDE BY SIDE....IT WOULD BE AWESOME.
and how that would solve most of current world problems...which relate to the USA?
so why stay in the ME?...just so that in 150 years they are wiped out by sheer numbers or WMD'S? we could grow stronger (America) by an integrated jewish

state...I have great hope for this 'zion on a hill' ---
If the Israelis still want to keep the land due to 'holy sites'...
why don't we just make the 'holy sites' jewish...yet have all the jews...go to nebraska or america, etc..?
that way, when the palestinians move back into Israel...they will respect the holy sites as 'jewish' therefore the jews won't get angry for us taking away holy sites....and then WORLD PEACE! wazzam...lol

jews really like covet the holy sites...ok fine...give them the damn 'holy sites'
put a "UN military base" in 'former israel' to guard the 'holy sites' and ensure they are jewish when the palestinians come in..
so, m'kay..then we have the jews live peacefully in america, helping america economically, america helping Israel...and we compete side by side as brothers in arms....we could also base this 'zion on a hill' in california...its near hollywood--and the west could be more 'jewish lobby based'
this would help america and the jews ...both with worldwide opinions...
just think about what the jews could accomplish with no-one angry at them because of stupid land?
they would be great---once they unleash themselvves of these 'psychological boundaries' just think about all they could accomplish being fluid--and having their land in the USA...nobody would hate them...and they would be an economic POWERHOUSE!!!!

jose pizzarro.
who gives a rats *** where someone left to where they came bla bla bla....whatever they had to prove, they already have done it...they kicked palestinian's asses...and thus....they have returned the roman empire's favor and as such....saved themselves from humiliation.
Now, 2006, they have gained face...yes, they are worthy of the land...they have stood their ground....all I am saying mate...lets make things easier in the middle east by pulling them out--so no more animosity or hatred....
jews are even against arabs for pushing them around....palestinians are even for returning home...and jews get to keep their 'holy sites' into their little hands...
everyone is even...so why battle over a bunch of sand?
they can have nebraska. solution established.

In other words...they regained their land after much fighting....they have prooved themselves worhty....they don't need to suffer for the next 100 years by having constant missiles and suicide bombers killing them...
wat's the point? wat arethey trying to prove.
They are going to live in misery and paranoia for 100 years...for what? you see where I am getting at....when they could have nebraska and have peace.
They save face by proving their poitnthat they retook their 'ancient' bla bla bla land---and now they can relax and have peace...
hey, I am looking at it from their interests....its better for THEM to leave---why be anoyed by a bunch of muslims nagging themfor 100 years?
I would move. I would have alreadyshown them I was capable of 'taking what is rightfully mine' ---and left so I don'
t have to deal with them 'crazy alibaba extremists...' that would be their way out to save face and everyone would respect them...so who gives a damn?

I have another solution. Why don't we just remember that God made this earth for all of us. Boundaries should be used just to organize our life, not to take more power, land, or control. We, human beings, got lost in the My Country and Your Country thing. Or Im stronger and you're weaker. I'm from Lebanon because people called it Lebanon. Anyone who comes to Lebanon, he's coming to our land (Our = me, him, and anyone else). Or am I wrong?

I am British, however for the period of my hole yr, a while again, I spent six months in Israel and obviously adored it. I went again the next summer season for a further 3 months, and feature been there for a number of shorter vacations additionally. I could no longer certainly rule out a transfer to Israel, in particular since within the UK at gift matters are going from dangerous to worse and there may be plenty of anti semitism. But if as you assert you're 'in love' with the USA, then evidently you're quite completely happy there, that is first-rate to listen to! Moving to yet another nation is of direction a enormous step. In an perfect international, I bet being equipped to have 2 houses, one in each and every nation, could be instead first-rate...!

The Jewish people will not accept being moved to any other place.
Palestine is their ancient land for almost 3500 years, since they occupied this territory. and founded the first and only country that has ever existed in that territory.(Judea-Israel)
Around the year 168 AD they rebelled against the Roman conquerors, were defeated and thrown out of their territory (diaspora) dispersing all over the middle east and Europe.
The Romans changed the name of the territory to "Palestine".
The Jews finally returned to their ancient land in 1948 after World War II.

They have spent the past 150 years building a thriving country out of a desert wasteland. They are not just going to abandon their homeland, just because its surrounded by barbarians.
Nebraska is a fine place, but its not the land of Israel.
How about relocating the Arabs to Arabia? They can live among people with the same language, culture and religion, and enjoy tremendous wealth living in a land of liquid gold.

their are over 20 Arab nations, all but Lebanon are over 50 times the size of Israel. Israel is also the only Jewish state in the world. So to move the only Jewish state is a bigger deal then the twenty first Arab state.

And then the terrorists would control not just the vast majority of Arab nations that they already do, but the entire MidEast!
Until Muslims accept the existence of non-Muslims on earth, there will never be peace. Seriously -- research some of their beliefs. If you are Muslim and want to convert to another religion, it's a death sentence, quite literally. Don't take my word for it: do some serious research on Islam.

While this would be great for the economy of the U.S., as Jews as a group are among the most highly educated and best represented in the sciences and other learned professions, it'd rather eliminate the whole aim of Zionism, which is self-determination.

Lectio Divina is Latin for “spiritual reading” and represents an early monastic technique of prayer which continues in practice though less widely, intended to achieve communion with God as well as providing special spiritual insights and peace from that experience. It is a way of praying with Scripture that calls one to study, ponder, listen and, finally, pray from God's Word.
History
Lectio Divina was first expressed in the year 220 AD. It was found that to read the Bible profitably it is necessary to do so with attention, consistency and prayer. The systematization of “spiritual reading” into four steps dates back to the 12th century. Around 1150, Guigo II, a Carthusian monk, wrote a book entitled “The Monk’s Ladder” (Scala Claustralium) wherein he set out the theory of the four rungs: reading, meditation, prayer and contemplation. In 2005, Pope Benedict XVI stated, “This is the ladder by which the monks ascend from earth to heaven.”
Method
Lectio is typically practiced daily for one continuous hour. A selection from the Holy Scriptures is chosen ahead of time, often as a daily progression through a particular book of the Bible.
Time
Selecting a time for lectio divina is important. Typical methods are to pray for one hour in the morning, or to divide it into two half-hour periods, one in the morning and one in the evening. The key is to pre-select the time that will be devoted to the prayer, and to keep it. Using the same time every day leads to a daily habit of prayer that becomes highly effective.
Place
The place for prayer is to be free from distractions. This means it should be isolated from other people, telephones, visual distractions, etc. Some find a religious icon to be helpful. The same place should be used for lectio if possible, especially as one first begins to practice it. Familiarity with a location reduces the possibility of distraction away from the prayer. Some practitioners conduct other devotions, such as praying before the Catholic Eucharist, as a preparation for Lectio Divina.
Preparation
Prior to reading, it is important to engage in a transitional activity that takes one from the normal state of mind to a more contemplative and prayerful state. A few moments of deep, regular breathing and a short prayer inviting the Holy Spirit to guide the prayer time helps to set the tone and improve the effectiveness of the lectio.
Once the stage is set it is time to begin the prayer. There are four phases of the prayer, which do not necessarily progress in an ordered fashion. One may move between different phases of the prayer very freely as the Spirit guides.
The Four Moments
Lectio
Read the passage several times.
Meditatio
Reflect on the text of the passage, thinking about how to apply to one's own life. Gravitate to any particular phrase or word that seems to be of particular import. This should not be confused with exegesis, but is a very personal reading of the Scripture and application to one's own life.
Oratio
Respond to the passage by opening the heart to God. This is not primarily an intellectual exercise, but more of the beginning of a conversation with God.
Contemplatio
Listen to God. This is a freeing oneself from one's own thoughts, both mundane and holy. It is about hearing God talk to us. Opening our mind, heart and soul to the influence of God. Any conversation must allow for both sides to communicate, and this most unfamiliar act is allowing oneself to be open to hearing God speak.
