most places give you three days to see if you like the phone... call the place and ask. as competative as cell phone places are lately they will more than likely bend over backwards to help you out.

Most phone companies have a 3-30 day phone trail period in which if you do not like your phone/are having problems, you can exchange it for another phone of your preference

Verison gives you 15 days--I think. I'm sure others do too.
