You will have to get a conversion kit for your wolf stove. It will have the right orfices for propane.

Is it truly commercial or commercial appearing residential? They make both. Anyway, you will need a new appliance regulator. Then you may be able to adjust the orifices for LP. On the other hand, they may need to be replaced, or peened and re-drilled. I suggest you start by calling your fuel provider and inquiring if they can do the job for you at no charge. Many do.

converting to propane is a simple enough task, the parts are typically inexpensive, and sometimes included with the appliance. Your owners manual should provide directions. If you are not comfortable doing this, ask the appliance store where you made the purchase. They should be able to provide a technician who is very familiar with this task.

You'll have to go to the dealer and get the proper valves and the right gas outlets for the burners.
