I downloaded Internet Exp 7 and now can not access Yahoo games, do I need to adjust some settings?

You need your pop up blocker set correctly. Turning it off causes too many problems. to set it properly, Yahoo tool bar; When you try getting on a site or link and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked. high light yahoo.com, then click allow.
For Internet explorer; click tools at top of page, internet options, privacy tab. at bottom click edit on web site cookies, type in games.yahoo.com, click allow. then ok.

YES YOU WILL HAVE TO RESET ALL YOU ACCESS AND YOU MIGHT HAVE DISABLE YOUR FIREWALL SET UP
