Your spelling leaves a lot to be desired, but I get the drift of what you are saying and yes I agree that Bush should also be put to trial because he too has not only killed his own soldiers but innocent people to in Iraq. If one rule is good for one person, its good for another.
My husband is a US citizen and now lives in the UK. He has just told me that if a soldier is shipped home injured and dies on the flight home or dies back home in the US, those figures are not included in the deaths in Iraq. So the true figure of soldiers being killed as a result of the war in Iraq stands more like 13,000 to date.

The definition of "evil" varies by person. Saddam's evil and the one made in the decision to put him to death are different. Saddam oppressed and killed thousands of his own people. One man is getting killed for killing said people. Two different things. And on the subject of the soldiers that died, they VOLUNTEERED for the military, it's not like they were drafted. Whenever a person makes the decision to join there is always the chance that they will die, especially in times of war.

Hussein should be hanged, because he killed lots of people. He's not a scapegoat for Bush. President Bush was misinformed and thought wrong which cost us lives and time over there, a huge mistake that he can't take back. As for the war of terror, he's the one he caused it, if there's a link or was a link to Obama bin Laden.

i think they should it is a big step for iraq and it will give most of the people hope
on the other hand, there will be many more riots and violence will increase indefinately. In one way, i think that maybe it is a bad thing to give him the death sentence

Well, he was tried in his own country, in their court system with their judges. If they found him guilty, it is their findings, not ours, if their system calls for his execution, it is again their law. In our county, he would not be executed for at least ten years while going through the appeals process. In his country, unless the judges disagree on the verdict, he must be executed within 30 days. So, who are we to contradict the laws of his own nation?
