If so they'll probably wont respect u anyways, especially if ur pants r down to ur knees. If u were a real rappa or gangster u would know thats not how they 'really roll'.
BECAUSE its that much harder to run from the po-po with ur pants coming off, plus it is that much easier to spot you, and suspect u of carrying(drugs, a weapon, whatever).
