Don't know...maybe we are just lonely ppl with little to do and this is our way to communicate and connect with others.
Most of the time the people on here are pleasant, funny, caring and real with us and I for one appreciate that.

Because there is so much to learn on here. Personal experience can be a bigger help than a google generated answer.
Plus there are so many subjects spinning through the home page that you learn a lot of things that you wouldve never thought to look up.
Plus you can get some free laughs.

Yahoo Answers allows people to share and answer inqueries. It provides a way of communication amongst the general population.

I feel I'm communicating with real people and hopefully I'm helpful.
It feels good to help people and it's great to read what other people think, even if we disagree. I've also learned some interesting stuff from reading other peoples questions and the answers they got.

Who knows? I used to hate to sit in front of the computer. I wouldn't check my e-mail for months and now after playing on yahoo answers I went and bought a new one for myself. Go figure.
