Yup, rabbit pie is good, and rabbit with suet - either as a pudding or as dumplings. Very flavoursome meat.
Never tried a dmoestic one, only wild.
If you going to eat it fair enough, but be a decent sort and put the thing out of its misery quickly and cleanly. :)
Rabbit is WONDERFULLY easy to prepare too (wild ones anyway, I am guessing domestic is similar).....
kill, then take a sharp knife and cut the full length of the stomach from top to bottom. Now grab the front legs in one hand, the rear legs in the other and hold rabbit above head, cut side pointing away from you and down. then "flick", but hold on to all legs. The guts in their entirety will come out in once go - a 5 second gutting process.
Remove head with sharp blade and then peel off fur (a 30 second job). Wash inside body cavity under running water (outside tap) for a minute.
You now have a cleaned, skinned, gutted, washed rabbit erady for the oven.
I expect I also have more "thumbs down" than for any of my other postings :)
Ah well.

Easy. Hold rabbit up by back feet in left hand. Using right hand cup around the back of the head at the base of the skull. Pull the head down with one smooth motion to kill rabbit instantly. With a cleaver remove the head and feet. Cut carefully from the anus up the belly with a sharp knife or scissors. Scoop out all the insides. Pull off the skin. Cut bunny into sections. Casserole with mushrooms, onions, cider and mustard. Yummy.

if you do not know how to properly kill, bleed, skin and dress a rabbit, you may want to take it to some one who knows how.
or you will wind up with a dead rabbit, a guilty conscience and a
pet cemetery in the back yard. next time you get a pet(god forbid) do a little research on the maintenance of the proposed
victim, i mean pet. i really don't want to try to answer how to
prepare dog, cat, horse, parakeet or gold fish.

OH my good, if this question is for pure shock value, you might have achieved it with some PETA friendly people...but i though it was hilarious!
I don't know any good recipes, but just break the bunny's neck then boil him a little to remove the fur (this is how they do the rats in china)...other than that, cook away to your heart's content!

You are a sick person. Rabbits are very sweet creatures and do not deserve to be tortured by people like you. They can be litter box trained and be very good friends if you take the time to bond with them but it doesn't sound like you're that kind of person. Please give the poor bunny to someone who can take good care of it!!!!
go to http://www.rabbit.org/chapters/index.html to find someone who can give it a proper home

I suspect this question is purely for reaction effect. Buy a recipe book.
