If you mean a Star Sapphire, the star in inside the stone. The stone is not cut in the shape of a star...

At your local jeweler/pawn shop, you can buy a STAR Sapphire, OR you probably can custom order a SAPPHIRE shaped like a STAR and mounted in the GOLD of your choice.

sapphires come from sri lanka so ur most likely to get a good from there but a star i think its just a wastage of a precious stone to cut it in to a star because the cutting procedure wastes most of it

You may actually have to go to a jeweler and have them cut one gor you. It will be more expensive, but I don't know of any other way that you can get one.
