If you are rich, wouldn't you complain too??? They are taking your money... rich or poor... it's work of your effort through the years not talking of those who borns rich)

same reasons poor people and middle class people and young people and old people complain about taxes.
My feeling is that if no one is happy about the taxes we pay then the system must be working pretty well. If anyone becomes happy about what they pay there is something wrong with the system.

Most the people I know paying at the highest tax brackets don't whine about it - they deal and get on with life.
