Has anybody taken the supplement, gaba calm sublingual? i read about the L-tyrosine in it and that kind of scares me away. i would love to find a supplement to help me relax and not be so stress, being that i am a big over worrier all the time. i need something to calm me. i read most people should not take L-tyrosine supplements. sooo any comments on this supplement or the L-tyrosine? if you take it, what does it do for you personally and would u recommend it, or say it is safe? all comments suggestions and ideas accepted!! please help. thank u

you could talk to a local dietitian for recommendations too, you could talk to your doctor as well, in general a healthy and balanced diet is good, good luck
