I just recently purchased a vest from ann taylor loft, and I don't know what to put under it? It is black and white tweed looking. Very form fitting and small....not a long vest.

You should get a red shirt under and then get some red shoes with black pants. Then you can add the necessary red and black or white accessories.

Since it sounds like a crop vest you def have to wear something long under it, like a long sleeve shirt that goes to your butt.... with a sexy pair of jeans and boots... very nice.

jeans or black pants, and a pink or black shirt. yeah i know what you're thinking, but pink or another colow with match. almost anything will go with black. try it and see what you think. and a pair or high heels.
