I mean no offense...but it seems weird to have it in this section.....does sexual orientation really belong right next to religion, mythology and bull fighting(lol...besides who the heck talks about that??)....you're gay or lesbian(or whatever) because of your relationships...and all the gays and lesbians that I happen to know ALSO have families!..brother,sisters,mothers,fathers,cousins
and aunts and uncles...and some have kids!
Yep...those sure sound like relationships and families to me....am I wrong?

it should be, but i suppose yahoo thinks society still hasnt accepted gays and lesbians so they threw it in that category

Give credit where credit is due. (yahoo might not have put the category where some wants it but they did add it there when most web services would no... GIVE THEM A BIG A for effort, they try there best.... at least the did not hide it in a closet)

The category "Family & Relationships" is reservered for NORMAL relationships. Normal meaning HETROSEXUAL. Yahoo has placed "Gay & Lesbian" in the Society & Culture category because a HOMOSEXUAL lifstyle is a biological anomaly (Mistake or defect of Nature).

well...actually...you define who you are...not your relationships...
I have known some homosexual guys who are actually asexual thus don't get sexually involved. and they just have friends and have not had relationships...does that make them not gay...by your definition( relationships define your sexuality) this would. you could just look at the title of the section...society and culture...there is definitely a gay culture....and society is made up of gay people also....so..i'd say we fit in nicely

You have a good point. I don't think gays would want advice from churchy people and vise versa. I guess you could contact the answers people. Maybe it could be a stand alone category.
