I read some reviews but its all mombo-jombo to me. I'll be using the computer mostly for online gaming (CoH, CoV, WoW, EVEonline). So, I'm thinking I want the best frame rates possible.

This would definately be best for under $200:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130056 only problem is that it requires a 400W power supply, so you need to make sure that your power supply is big enough to handle it.
