any food can be a good diet food if you eat the right portions. In your case you can eat little rice.Mainly stir fried vegetable with little meat. You may also request for little oil. I am sure the restaurant have no problem don't that for you. For the ignorant people out there. F.Y.I. MSG does not make you gained weight nor kill people. M.S.G is a seasoning that help enhance the food flavor. Eating to much may be bad for you, but so does everything else right? I've been eating M.S.G. for over 25 yrs and I am still alive healthy.

egg rolls are fried at restuarants, fatening, only homemade food, and portion control, lower fats, less sugars and lower carbs will help you loose weight, dont stop eating what you like or you will eventually go on a binge eating spree. eat small meals, lots of healthy snacks, carrots, celery, dill pickles are a free food, non fatening, all the lettuce you can eat, but you must have lean meats for protien, very important, the best way to loose weight is slowly, 1-2 pounds per week at the most,
good luck

If you mean eating Chinese food, mainland China, the answer is yes. If you mean eating Chinese food restaurants in North America, the answer is no. The Chinesse who own these restaurants do not eat the food they sell, which is full of fat and sodium, they eat healthy.

Chinese food is high in calories and fat. The reason Asians aren't typically over weight is because they don't eat the portion sizes we do. One American serving is equal to a family portion.

I would skip the eggroll, unless you're making it yourself and can bake it. Opt for brown rice or no rice. Don't add any additional soy sauce. Opt for meat and veggies that are stirfried and not breaded /deepfried.

It's healthy as long as you're eating stir fried veggies and steamed rice.
