voters in South Dakota do you know that Tuesday this is a ballot question?

South Dakota voters wii be voting to consider the "Jail 4 Judges" initiative. It would create a citizens' grand jury that could authorize lawsuits or criminal prosecutions against judges based on their rulings.

well i voted against it and as i watch the incoming results, it's losing by quite landslide....

I voted for it, too many crooked judges out there!

Don't worry, it will not pass, this is one man's agenda so he can sue the judge that officiated at his trial.
