He has been sentanced to hang for the deaths of 180+ Kurds that were killed under his orders. There is a tribunal that now acts as an appeals court, and they can take as long as they want to to decide whether to uphold or reject the sentence. If the sentence is upheld, then he is- by law- going to be hung within 30 days.

Yes he is to b ehung for the 1982 killing of teh shiites. There are more trials he mucst sit througvh first plus appeals so it might be awile till he is hung!
