I hardly ever wear one, during the day or at night. I'm 34C natural and firm, so it's not a matter of support in my case. I simply like the way I feel and look without having my boobs bound up.

Yes, I usuall leave mine on. Sometimes though it gets very irratating, when that happens I change into a sports bra, or tank with a built in bra. I'm a 38C and it is quite uncomfortable without some kind of supprt. Depending on your size, and how perkery your 'girls' are, going braless can feel great!!

If your at home or it's right before you go to bed there's no need to wear one if your in public I would wear one

No. When Im home I dont. Whats the point? And I dont wear one when Im sleeping either. Its uncomfortable.

I don't wear it when I sleep, but when I'm awake, I always wear one unless I just am already in my pajamas/night clothes.
