Yes. I didn't have implantation bleeding with my pregnancies. It's just something that happens with some people, but not all.

Yes. I never had implantation bleeding. In fact, it is more common NOT to have implantation bleeding, than it is to have it.

yes its possible. Sometimes the bleeding is not enough to show up when you urinate, or it can pass in your urine and you may not have bleed enough to notice it
