A friend in Europe wants to watch abc.com/nbc.com shows. Now non USA computers r blocked.?

A friend in Europe wants to watch the shows on abc.com and nbc.com. But now her computer is blocked. Is there any way around this. A simple and free solution. I looked into hiding an ip address but it is so complicated. Is this even a solution? Anyone know how to view thses shows like studio 60/ugly betty in Europe (greece) over the internet?
