I'm talking about washing their private parts on a daily basis.
When I worked in the hospital there were some grown up people (more women than men) who didn't know how to clean their private parts. They just take a shower but they just don't clean their private areas or they were never taught. So I had to tell them to soap their private areas from front to bottom and use a shower hose or a bucket and some patients were like "Ohhhh yeah that feels so good!" LMAO

Yeah you can tell that some people don't clean themselves by going to the restroom and if you can "smell" the other person in the next stall, that's a red flag right there.

Sometimes older patients get lazy. They are tired and sick and cleanliness is not high on their list of priorities. It is amazing to me at times how they don't even seem to smell themselves ( or perhaps they do and just get used to it).Its also funny when they wash there back and legs and everywhere else and avoid their privates and Ill say" how about this area?"Sometimes it may also be that they are embarrassed.In any event, I enjoy helping someone who is really filthy to clean up and feel fresh and good again!

Maybe a lot of them were taught not to touch themselves that much down there...I for one firmly believe in cleaning yourself well all over especially if you are a woman!

They were never taught. Weren't given the knowlege. Some cultures are different so you can't blame them. It's not as if they want to be unclean.

That's really gross. Maybe they never been taught or they don't like to.. it's possible that they are lazy....that's nasty to hear....whatever the reason is why they don't they really need to start cleaning...

I don't know, but they need to learn how and once they do, the need to do it daily becuase it's disgusting otherwise !!! I fell sorry for you cause you've encounterd people who don't !!
