Yes permanent, there are these treatments that make your hair from your legs go away forever so you don't have to shave ever again. That's my dream.

omg i soo want that too!! but i thinks its like $500 a leg or something like that and also u might have to do it a couple of times to be permanent so it could be over $1000...i'm soo doing that when i get older tho!!
