Chapell nets 20 million dollars more a year than Mencia, also he has 10 years experience on him and has 5 more movies.well do the math. it's Chapell hands down . on the laught meter, they are very close and as my own personal choice it is very close.

carlos mencia is funny but he seems like he copies Martin Lawrence(just watch the two b4 you judge) dave chappell is not always funny and he annoys me at times... carlos mencia has my vote
