A can of redbull could do the trick (one every 3 hours or so). Also keep the temperature cool, your brain can focus better and heat makes you drowsy. You could also look into an ADD medication like Ritalin. It helps to maintain focus and attentiveness, however you might have trouble getting that instantly. If you don't like energy drinks such as redbull, there are caffeine pills available at the pharmacy. Make sure your area is well lit and you are organized. The best thing is to make yourself comfortable: play some jazz or classical music (although it might be tempting to listen to heavier stuff, this will just distract you).

I drive a semi truck over the road. I start at 9:00 pm every night and am done anywhere from 7:00am to 11:00 am. Take my advise....Do the best you can do until you get so tired you are starting to lose motor coordination. When that happens, set an alarm for NO MORE THAN 12 MINUTES. This is called a cat nap. If you stay under 12 minutes, it will make you feel energized. If you go over 12, you will need to sleep longer.

mountain dew, maybe some no doz along with that. really if what you need to get done is that important you should be able to stay awake just because of that reason. obviously whatever it is that you need to do is boring. try and make it interesting and just think how much better youll feel after its complete

ok since coffee makes you tired that wont help does hot coffee make you tired or ice coffee make you tired or how bout both?Ne ways have you tried eating candy or something to do with candy?Try hot tea or something like that..hope that this could do you some help!

If I stay busy at something I never get sleepy I can go for many hours.If your sitting around you'll get very sleepy.Self motivation is the best.

Soda (preferrably diet mountain dew, my favorite). Otherwise and drink that contains coffee (Mochas, etc.). Or if you like the taste, try red bull.
