Hi,
I would say it depends a little bit on the situation. If you meant that you have student loans with each of these colleges, most likely you would not have to pay the loans back before you went elsewhere. You are able to defer your loan payments while you are in school. However, if you owe the individual institutions money, you may have to pay it back first. Most colleges require that you have your account current with them before they will release your transcripts to you. Without your transcripts, it makes it more difficult to enroll in another college. How many credits did you earn? There might be ways to enroll in a small college without disclosing that you attended elsewhere if you don't mind losing a few credits. I'm not sure on that. If not, start a payment plan to get current.
Good luck!
