I have noticed that my fiancees body has changed we have been together for almost 15 years we are both 30 years old now and he is starting to have pre semen coming out during foreplay and he has NEVER EVER had this before. Is this normal? He has always been dry until he ejaculates. Also, his smell (over all body smell) has changed it has gradually changed over the last few months. Is this just ageing or something else medical? We have been together since we were 15 years old. We were each others first. Any help?

Hey Nika, this has happened to me. As a man ages, the semen tends to get thinner and also have more preejaculate fluid come through. It is not something to worry about.

In my experince the per semen is normal. As for the body sent it could be any thing. Like something that he has started eating or may just be that he is getting older. I can't say, however I would have him mention it ot his doctor the next time he has a visit.

My advice is to have him talk to his family Dr. Does his smell bother you? Is it really bad? My advice is get some professional advice.

He may have a prostate infection.
