Does everyone have rights? Like even kids under 18. I couldve sworn that everyone has the freedom of speech and things as such. Who has the rights? Only people above 18?

Everyone has rights. No matter what age you are.

All men are created equal... I always ask, what about women?

But all people have rights... Even under 18, everyone has freedom of speech and the freedom of religion.. However a parent can control those rights of a minor only to certain extent... They can not force a religion on their child but they can make the child go to church with them....

Freedom of Speech it really depends, you can say anything you want, but if it goes wrong it will have its consenquences... I can tell my parents to **** off and that there is freedom of speech.. But I can get punished for it...

So everyone has rights even under 18... But those under 18 are in the custody of their parents..

It depends on who you ask. In the USA, everyone has the "legal" right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Property.
