Hi There! Get a Dell Desktop. They're built well and great support in the US. For that budget (I am assuming USD1000) you can get a lot of choices with high config. Dell is built to order that is why you don't get an older processor speed. More often than not they give you a higher processor even if you paid for a lower one at no extra charges. It happened to me twice that is why Dell is the best for me.
