In the movie this guy goes to this nursing home and reads a book to this lady about two lovers from the beginning of their life until present. She has alzheimers and keeps forgetting. On thru the movie it turns out he is her husband and they end up both dying in the same bed. Can anyone give me the title of the movie

Very sad movie. My mum and also my father-in-law had Alzheimers - it's a heartbreaking disease that anyone can get and I just wish they could find a cure for it.
