There are two possibilities here. One is that your Master Switch ( the one on the drivers door) has gone bad or, there is a broken Ground wire in the Wire Loom where it goes between the Drivers door and the Body. It is inside a rubber accordian looking rubber tube.
Both are Common problems. I'm leaning toward the Switch however.

Check power on the other side of the switch(the wire going to the window motor) if that has power the check it again with a respective ground. (The ground wire at the switch) if it checks out this way then the switch is fine and the ground wire is fine. Then check for power directly at the motors, if it is good there then you have bad motors. I have seen a lot of problems with gm's window motors

Did you actually test the fuse, or just visually inspect it? Years ago I had a car on which the lights on the dash went dark. The fuse "looked" okay, but on closer inspection, there was a hairline in the fuse's filament.
