I don't know about bones, but I know that there have been studies into muscle types of many African tribes, and some have a higher percentage of "fast twitch" fibres in their muscles, mainly those from the south and west of Africa. This may give them an advantage in sprint runs and jumping events, where short spurts of energy are required. However, I don't know why the Kenyans are so good at long distance events. Fantastic to watch though.

african people have stronger bones than the said lighter bones. because of their strong bones, even some of them are thin they are athletic in their own field. like in africa, africans who lived in a desert have all the sort of walking and running, itmeans they have stronger bones than other nationality, why, if they do have light bones they cant survive the conditions of weather and the style of living in africa.

Strange because they say white and Asian women get osteoporois easier because we have lighter bones. This naturally implies that people of African descent and men have heavier stronger bones.

You're right that is ignorant. But it would be interesting to see if blacks are better athletes than other races.
