briefly explain whats the diffrence between ''backing up ''and''archiving'' data

Normally both refer to the same thing but an archive suggests a more organized backup scheme which could for example allow you to go back at a specific point in time, not necessarily the time of the last backup.

There is no diffrences because the overall result is the same. The only thing diffrences are the names, but they mean and do the same thing.
