Ever ? Bob Paisley, Taggert can only dream of his record of 3 European cups to go with 6 league titles and 3 league cups in just 9 years. Current would be Taggert AND Wenger though they could both learn a thing or two about humility off Benitez. They are so one eyed sometimes it diminishes there achievements.

for me you have to look at the lower divisions.
some one like dario gradi from crewe who have no money and still produce class players to sell to keep there club afloat.
or you can look at managers like martin o niel(wycombe)gary johnson(yeovil) who have brought teams from the non league on a shoestring.
all the managers of the top teams have a fairly easy life compared with these.

I would say Alex Ferguson, he has been with the same club for 20 years, achieved a great deal of trophies and developed home grown players as well as signed some brilliant ones.
