If you had safe sex then the chances of you being pregnant are slim vs you not using protection. If you stress out, your gonna prolong your period.
If you need reassurance go get a home pregnancy test. If your so afraid of being pregnant, you should not be having sex. Let that be a lesson. I was 16 when i had sex and the first time the condom busted. I know what its like to be scared, but I know if you think your old enough for sex, then you should be old enough to handle the consequences.

If you keep track of your cycle and if it is regular, you need to calculate when was your last day. If you figure that out, then go back to that time calculate when you might have ovulated. Here's the tricky part, you have window of about 48 or 72 hours for you to get pregnant. If you figure out those time and the time you had sex, you can breathe. Other wise wait for your next period, if it doesn't come then you might want to check w/ your doc. To avoid a panic attack next time use protection make sure it's on and stays on.
A moment of pleasure can lead to a lifetime of >>...... I'll let you finish this sentence.

I don't know your age. I know your scared. Going to the doctor probably isn't that easy if you haven't told your mom. If you are close with her and can talk to her. Let her know what is going on. She is your mom and loves you and wouldn't want you hurt. She will be upset maybe at first but it will be ok. you need to use protection next time. If you can't talk to your mother, go see your school counselor or a trust worthy adult to help you figure it all out.

Start taking pregnancy tests. Look up more information about them though. I'm not sure how many times a month you should take them. It'll take awhile before they'll be able to detect if you are or not. So I'd use them for some months. Just look into them and once you do just use them regularly.

wait till you miss your period and take a preg test. if you dont want to get pregnant than dont have sex. sex should only happen between a husband and wife and for making babies. so if your not responsible enough to take on the responsibility that comes with sex than your not ready.

you should be able to test the day that your period is late. positive results tend to be accurate. if you get a negative result, though, you should retake the test in about a week to be sure.

take a pregnancy test. go to a walk in clinic and get tested. wait to see if you miss your period, then take a test.
USE PROTECTION NEXT TIME so you don't have this problem!
