By using a shoe tree. You can buy one at Dillards, wal-mart I think, or take your shoes to a cobbler, they have them in every size. You'll also need to buy the stretching solution to go with it, I'm not exactly sure what it's called, but that needs to be sprayed on the trees before you place them in your shoes and stretch them. Good luck!

That's going to depend on what kind of shoes you have. If they are real leather, you can use a shoe stretcher to enlarge them up to half a size. If they are plastic, you've got a problem, because plastic won't stretch the way leather does.

Go to your local shoe repair. Mine stretches shoes for $8/pair. It takes 1-2 days and makes them soooo much more comfortable!

I would suggest you take the shoes to a cobbler. They have professional machinery and will be able to do a really good job without ruining the shoe. It won't cost much either.

put on some thick socks or a few socks and wear them for a whole day and if theyre still a little tight, then wear them for a few days and they should feel a little more comfortable if theyre not, then you need to get a bigger size, even tho they may look absolutely fabulous, you need a bigger size
