Honestly, there isn't any thing to see in the country. The weather as others have mentioned is so damn hot. The only places you can go to are indoor ones such as malls but they are very crowded and if u happen to be a single woman (or a group of women) be prepared to get all kinds of harassment as there is no law against sexual harassment in the country. When it comes to driving, the high rates of accidents speak for themselves. Some areas are extremely polluted and due to the "well-engineered" sewer system, you can smell what people flush from miles and miles away! Prices of most of the products are generally expensive because virtually every thing is imported. The only thing that is considered cheap compared to Europe is the gasoline price, for obvious reasons. One more thing, night life is non existent unless you consider restaurants (such as TGI Friday's, Chili's, Apple Bees) as night spots. Just like the malls, these restaurants are crowded at night times.

I have been there. It is very small--about the size of New Jersey. Some people are very rich, others are poor--I don't think there was much of a middle class. They have 2 golf courses now--the second was being built while I was there. There is a lot of pollution--the sun clears the pollution at about 10 in the morning (in the Summer), but it is light at about 4.

Well it is hot for 7 months (April through October) with June, July and August being absolutely brutal. November through March is very nice and pleasant.
It's good for shopping and watersports (in the spring and autumn). But there's not much else to do. If you are not white, be prepared to put up with racism from many of the Kuwaiti people.
