You may have had an early period. You can definitely check pregnancy with an at-home test, but it's likely that you're not. The brown discharge though does not sound healthy. I'd get checked by an OB-GYN ASAP.

You have probably just started you cycle early, but the best thing would be see your doctor, and STOP having unprotected sex!!!!

It's called a menstrual flow and means you are not pregnant. Now about STDs, thats different.
