Do you mean ENEMA ?
If it`s oral then it`s not strictly an enema ,salt water causes vomiting so is an emetic not an enema which is colonic not gastric.

Yep, hydrogen peroxide, common 3% Solution. A 35 % is now available but not advisable due to possibility of swallowing.
