I'm doing reaserch on careers at Sephora so I need to know the answers to these questions, so if you've ever worked or work or know someone, please help.... How much does Sephora pay? Is it by salary or hourly? Do they offer benefits? Do they only hire trained make-up artists? And what's it like working for them?

Try going to the website and see if they have a link to employment. Maybe that would answer alot of your questions. I dont think they hire only makeup atrist.
