Which horror movie featured a man wearing a hood w/one eye showing and carried a pitchfork.?

It has been bugging me, since I pretty much have seen every horror movie made. But I guess this one I didn't see. I asked someone who thought it was Friday the 13th Part II (before Jason found the hockey mask)

Your friend is right, it is Friday the 13th Part II. He is wearing a bag with only one eye hole (since only one of his eyes is fully functional), and he does carry a pitchfork.
