If you own the computer its legal. You may also want a program that monitions Internet activity. Yahoo Answers is the only website where I actually use the keyboard. I can get to almost any site without using the keyboard.

It should be completly legal especailly if you spent some of your money on the computer alone and btw u should be able to use it in court ... no law against monitoring wat goes on, on ur computer
