If you mean physically, it is called sympathy pains. It runs along the same line with the fact that two girls can actually get on the same menstrul cycle, its just b/c your bodies can really understand one another. If you mean emotionally, then it means that you are just being a caring, wonderful, supportive friend. I guess when you really think about it, neither one is too bad.

It means that you are a very empathic person.
It is good that you are careing.
Just don't feel too much of other people's pain or you will ware yourself out. As with all things in life there is a balance.
If you didn't feel your friends pain, you wouldn't be a very good friend.
